  3. Ab moyan dal kar warm water se aata Puri banane jaisa gundh kar 20 min rakh le.
  4. Ek bowl mein namkeen,jeera, souf, chat masala ko mix kar ke rakhe.
  5. Ab aate mein se chote-2 gol pede bana le.
  6. Ek gol peda le bich mein hol bana kar nankeen wala mishran dale.
  7. Wapas band kar gol kar le.
  8. Ise halke-2 haatho se bel le, Puri jeisa bele.
  9. Ab inko mid gass par golden brown hone tak fry karein.
  10. Nimki Puri teyar hain.
