  1. Use 250 gm refined flour
  2. Use 250 gm wheat flour
  3. Provide 100 gm semolina
  4. Take 50 gm dry coconut
  5. Use 25 gm cashew nuts
  6. Get 2 tsp ground cardamom
  7. Provide 1/2 kg ghee/butter
  8. You need 100 gm sugar
  9. Use 1-1/2 cup sugar or jaggery syrup

  1. At first make crushed powder of dry coconut,cardamom,and cashew nut
  2. Mix well for 20-25 minute all the ingredients together with adding slowly jsaggery syrup and give oval shape of mixture
  3. Heat ghee or refined oil into pan and deep fry it golden brown colour on low flame both side
  4. When it's cook properly take it out and keep this on tissue paper to absorb extra oil and cool it and serve it.
