- You need 1 cup wheat flour
- Take 1 cup sattu (made of roasted wheat and chana dal)

- Get 1/2 TSP salt and cumin seeds (Jeera)
Instructions to make Palak Puri:
- Take wheat flour and sattu in pot. Add carrom seeds, sesame seeds, oil, salt, red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric powder to it. Mix all ingredients. Wash Spinach leaves two- three times and let water drain.
- Put Spinach into mixer pot. Add garlic, chillies and coriander leaves to it. Grind it. Pour this green paste in flour and make a tight dough. Add water if required. Apply some oil on dough.
- Make small balls and roll them in circular shape and deep fry to golden colour.
- For chutney chop tomatoes and put in mixer jar add salt, Jeera and green chilli to it and grind for a minute. Chutney is ready.
