The ingredients needed to make Namkeen Puri:
- You need 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- Provide 1/4 cup Maida
- Take 1/2 tsp Jeera
- Use 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Get Pinch Of Ajwain
- Get 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- You need Salt as per taste
Steps to make Namkeen Puri:
- Ready all the ingredients.
- Grind together Jeera and Black Pepper. Make sure it is coarse.
- Take a bowl. Add Wheat Flour, Maida, Coarsely grinded Jeera and Black Pepper (done in previous step), Crush ajwain from your hand and add in the bowl.
- Mix everything very well.
