- Get 2 pcs bowal fish
- Take 1 tomato
- Use 2 onion
- Get 1 spoon ginger paste
- Use 1 spoon red chilli powder
- Take 2 dry red chillies

- Prepare 1 spoon cumin powder
- Prepare 2 bay leaves

- Make a paste with 1 tomato, 1 onion and chilli. Cut the potatoes in horizontally. Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder and let it rest for half an hour.
- Then chopped another onion. Then in the tomato paste add cummin, coriander, red chilli powder and salt.
- In a pan put mustard oil. Once oil heat, fry the fish lightly. Then fry the potatoes with salt and turmeric powder.

- Then fry all together in a low to medium flame for 10 minutes. Add fried potatoes mix all then add water. Now cook till water forms a bubble.
