Instructions to make Chicken Aloo Gobhi:
- In a pan add oil,onions and whole spices cook well now add Chicken jab ache se fry ho jye chicken Ka colour change ho jye.
- Add ginger, garlic paste and tomatoes paste (ma tomatoes ly ke freeze kar laiti hun jab zarort ho skin utar ke pees laiti hun)
- Now add salt, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, black seeds, crushed coriander, crushed Cumin and green chillies and cook well.
- Now add Gobhi and potatoes cook.(thora sa spoon ma nikal ke check kar lain agr salt ya chillies kam hun add kar lain). Now add water 2 tbspn and dry fenugreek leaves. Cover and cook on a low flame for 15- 20 minutes.
- Check Karein ke alo ar gobhi achy se cook ho Jaye.
- Garam masala powder sprinkle karein and garnish with coriander leaves.
- For Raita… Coriander leaves, green chilli and salt dal ke pees lain aur yoghurt ma mix karein raita ready hy
