- Provide 1 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Fish egg masala fry:
- Clean fish egg neatly. Cut it into small pieces. Marinate this with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder and salt. Leave this for 3 mins.
- Heat oil in a clay pot(use any type of pan).splutter mustard seeds. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well for a minute.
- Add onion, curry leaves and green chilli and saute it untill the onion turn golden brown
- Add remaining masala's one by one. Saute it for a while.
- Add shredded/dessicated coconut and saute it until all mix up well.
- Then add the marinated fish egg into this and salt as per taste. Mix well. Sprinkle some water over it and cover it for 2 minute.
