- Provide 1 cup maida

- Take all the dry ingredients. Sieve all the dry ingredients.
- In a bowl take ghee and sugar and whisk well till light and fluffy.

- Take a pressure cooker and add salt and cover with lid and keep for pre heating.Keep a ring at the bottom.

- Keep this plate in the oven and cook on low flame for 15 mins and when it slightly increases in size keep the flame to medium and cook for 7-8 mins. Keep checking in between as it has besan and it burns fast.
- Once done. Remove the plate and keep it to cool completely. Then remove the cookies otherwise it will break. U can also make the same in oven. Preheat the oven on 180 degrees for 10-15 mins. Then bake these cookies at 180 degrees for 12-15 mins.Keep the cookies at a distance as it will increase in size.
