Steps to make Curd Cashew Fish:
- First clean the pieces of fish. Add salt and turmeric powder it.
- Take a kadai.Add mustard oil and fry the fish lightly.
- Take curd,sugar, salt and turmeric powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the mixture to the fried fish. Keep it 30 mins.
- Cut the Capsicum and tomato into small pieces. Make onion,ginger,garlic,cashew paste.
- Take some oil in the kadai. Add bay leaves,garam masala in it.
- Add Capsicum, tomatoes in it.
- Add onion,ginger-garlic, cashew paste in it.
- Add turmeric,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala powder and some water.
- Add the marinated fish and kasuri methi. Let it be cooked.
- Add green chilli in it and cook it some time.
- When gravy becomes thik put the gas off. Garnish with coriander leaves.
