  2. Ek alag bowl me ghee lete hai isme chini ka powder bhi chaal kar daalte hai. Acche as phetate hai.
  3. Ghee and chini phete huye bowl me maida ka mixture ko milate hai. Hand se hi. Acche se mil jane par uske chote chote pere banate hai.
  4. Ek steel ke bowl me ghee laga kar usme kuch pere rakhte hai. Sbhi ke bich me thora gap rakhte hai taki bake hone ke liye space mile sb sata and rahe. Halka golden brown hone tak.
  5. Ek baar me sabhi bake nahi ho payega cooker me to 2 ya 3 baat me banaye. 20 minutes tak bake krte hai. But aap dekh le kabhi kabhi 30 minute bhi lg jata hai. Halke medium flame par.
