- Use 1/2 kg fish
- Use 3 tbsp besan
- Get 3 tbsp rice flour
- Prepare 1/2 cup coriander leaves

Steps to make Pahadi style fish fry:
- Mix besan, turmeric powder, salt, rice flour. Chop coriander, mint leaves, garlic and green chillies.
- Grind the veggies and jeera into a smooth paste by adding the required water and lemon juice. Now mix this with dry ingredients and make a smooth paste by mixing 2 tbsp oil.
- Now dip the fish into the batter and keep it to rest for at least one hour. Better to refrigerate it.
- Heat oil in a pan.Now fry the fish in a flame from the both the sides. Can go with steamed rice or as a starter.
