  2. Prepare 70 gm Powdered Sugar
  3. Take 2 pinch Salt
  4. Take 20 gm Oats Flour (for nuttiness)

  6. Prepare 120 gm Butter/ Ghee / Oil
  7. Take 2 tbsp chilled Milk (as required)
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup choco chips

  1. Take a mixing bowl add flour, Powdered sugar, oats flour.
  2. With salt and Baking Powder. Give it nice mix.
  3. Now add ghee/ butter or oil. I used oil add half mix and than half just try to bind the flour. If u feel dry add milk not more than 2 tbsp. (I added only 1 tbsp)
  4. Bind the dough add choco chips. Mix and bind it. Cover it and freeze it for 10-15 min.
  5. Now put pan/ kadhai on medium flame. Arrange ring. Cover it and keep for preheat for 10-15 min. Grease the plate place butter paper grease it too.
  6. Now take the dough from the fridge mix and make lemon sized balls. If u make any shape take mould and make it. I make scoop shape. Arrange cookies in greased plate.
  7. Now place some chochips on the top of cookies. Put the plate in preheated kadhai. Cover it and bake for 20-25 min on low flame.
  8. After 25 min cookies r done. Take out on rack get it cool for 1/2 hr. Then serve.
