- Use 2 cup rava
- Provide 1 tbsp chana dal or Urad dal
- You need 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Take 1 tsp jeera
- Provide 5 curry leaves
- Use 1 tsp turmeric

Steps to make Instant Upma Mixture:
- For instant upma heat oil and add jeera, mustard seeds, chana dal, curry leaves and turmeric and then add rava and mix it till all flakes of rava looks sepearte and gets toasted.
- Now let it get cool down and store it in zip lock bag. Keep it in fridge or even open. It can easily survive for 15 days and more.
- For making rava just heat 1 tbsp of ghee and saute onion and chilli in it and add above rava mixture and add boiling water amd salt. And let it cook for 2-3 mins. It gets cook with in five minute.
