- Take a kadai or thick bottom pan dry roast the suji till u get aroma nd keep aside
- Now in same pan or kadai add oil heat it up now add mustard seeds allow then to crackle
- Now add carrot,potato saute till it beacome soft on other burner boil 2/1/2 cup of water add peas into it boil it till peas beacome soft.
