- Add chicken cook it until it changes colour and water separates..add enough water till chicken is well cooked with water remaining..
- Add square shaped cut shimla mirch cook until slightly cooked.. Be careful not to overcook..Add green chillis..
- Dish out and garnish it with fresh coriander..
