- Take 4 piece Shimla mirch
- Get 2 medium size boiled potato
- You need 100 gm Grated paneer
- Take 1/4 cup Peas
- Prepare 1/2 carrot chopped
- Prepare 1/4 cup boiled sweet corns
- Prepare 3-4 cloves Garlic
- Get 2 piece Green chillies
- Take 1/2 " piece of ginger
- Take 1 tbs Sabut zeera
- You need 1/2 tsp Kashmiri laal mirch powder
- Provide 1/4 tbsp Kalimirch powder
- You need 1/4 tbsp Garam masala powder
- Get 1/4 tbsp Amchur (Dry mango powder)
- Provide 1/2 cup Besan
- Prepare 1/2 cup Chopped coriander
- Get to taste Salt
- Prepare As needed Oil
Instructions to make Stuffed Shimla Mirch:
- Heat 3 tbs of oil in a pan and put sabut zera roast them till thay splatter.
- Add grated ginger, garlic and green chillies and mixwell.
- Than add finely chopped onion and fry them till translucent.
- Than add salt, kalimirch powder, garam masala, kashmiri laal mirch powder and amchur powder and mixwell.
- Add boiled potatoes tu the mixture and mixwell.
- Mash them coarsely coating them in the masala.
- Add boiled vegetables to the mixture of your choice. I have added sweet corns, carrots, peas and grated paneer and mixwell.
- Now finally add chopped coriander mixwell and keep aside.
- Now take besan in a bowl and put salt to taste 1/4th tbs of Kashmir laal mirch powder mixwell and put water to it and make a thick batter and keep aside.
- Cut the top part of the capsicum and remove all the seeds.
- Fill the hollowed capsicum with the stuffing with soft hands and fill all the capsicum and keep aside.
- Now take a nonstick pan and put 4 tbs off oil and heat on a slow to medium flame.
- Now take besan batter and dip stuff shimla mirch in the better and put it into pan and put all shimla mirch in same manner and cover the pan and cooked on slow flame.
- Check after some time the besan should bhi nice crisp keep the flame off.
- Stuff capsicum is ready to serve. Served hot with roti, paratha or naan….
