The ingredients needed to make Detox Kadha:
- Use 4 cups water
- You need 3-4 cardamoms or elaichi
- Prepare 4 cloves
- Take 10 Sabut Kali Mirch/black pepper corn
- Use 1 Tej Pata/bay leaf(optional)
- Prepare 1 tsp grated Jaifal/nutmeg(optional)
- Take 2 tsp grated ginger
- Get 2-3 tsp lemon juice
- Prepare 1 tsp honey
Instructions to make Detox Kadha:
- First in a pan take 4 cups water and then bring it to a boil.
- Now in a musal / plate take elachi, laung,black pepper and crush it. 1. Add all that to the boiling water
- Bring the water to the boil and let the color of masala infuse in water.
- Now to that add 1 tsp of grated Jaifal.
- Add a Tej Pata.
- Now add 2 tsp of grated ginger.
- Cook it on medium flame until the water reduces to its half.
- Seive the kadha to the glasses.
- Now add lemon juice and honey in kadha.
