- For Tadka, heat oil in a small pan. Add hing powder, mustard seeds and let them crackle.
- Then add curry leaves, chilli. Fry for few seconds till the curry leaves become crisp.
- Then add turmeric powder and switch off the flame. Immediately pour the Tadka on the chutney. Serve with idli, dosa, pongal or any pakoda of your choice.
