- Prepare 1 cup wheat flour
- Take 3/4 cup jaggery syrup
- Take 1/2 cup grated coconut
- Prepare 2 ripe bananas chopped
- Get 3 tbsp ghee
- Prepare 15-20 Cashews roasted
- Prepare 2 tbsp cardamom powder

- In a frying pan, add 2 tbsps ghee and roast the cashews. Once roasted, take out the cashews and keep it aside. In the same pan, add the chopped bananas and roast it till the bananas get cooked. Add coconut and mix well till it gets combined with the bananas. Add few crushed roasted cashews.
- In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, a pinch of salt and add the jaggery syrup little by little to form a batter. If it is thick, then add water to make it little thin. The batter consistency should be slightly thick.
