- Use 2 medium size potatoes peeled and chopped
- Take 1/2 cup carrot finely chopped
- Use 1/2 cup beetroot finely chopped

- You need Breadcrumbs for rolling cutlet
- Provide Oil for deep fry
- Use 1/2 cup plain flour (maida) dissolved in water for batter
Instructions to make Veg Cutlet:
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan, add chopped onions & saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add all the vegetables & mix well.
- Cover & cook on a low flame till the vegetables are cooked, while stirring occasionally.
- Add 1 tsp of each ginger, garlic, chilli paste, salt, amchur powder, garam masala powder & mix well.
- Mash the mixture using a potato masher.
- Remove from the flame transfer the mixture to a plate & allow it to cool.
- Add thick poha into a mixture & mix well.
- Furthermore using a heart shape or round mould give a shape to cutlet.
- Dip each cutlet in the prepared batter & roll in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai & deep fry each cutlet till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
