- Soak the urad dal and rice separately in water for minimum 3hours. Then grind it in a mixer. Mix them properly. Keep it aside for 2hour for fermentation. Then add some salt to it and mix properly.
- Prepare the potato stuffing. In a blender add 1/2tbsp cumin seeds,ginger,garlic, 2onions, cinnamon with little bit water and blend it probably.
