- Take 3 tbsp ghee
- Use 3 onion chopped
- Prepare 10 garlic cloves
- Get 1 peice of ginger
- You need 1/2 cup Paneer
- Provide 2 tbsp cornflour
- Get 2 tbsp red chilli
- Get 1/4 tsp amchur powder
- Get 2 tbsp maida
- Prepare 1/2 cup fresh cream
- Provide 1 tsp kasuri methi
- Provide 2 green chillies
- You need 3 tomato chopped
- Use .10 cashew nuts
- Provide 3 grated boil potato
- Get as per taste Salt
- You need 2 tbsp coriander powder
- Use 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- Use as required Oil for frying
- Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Steps to make Aloo Kofta Curry:
- Heat a pan put one tbsp of ghee add onion saute till golden brown add garlic ginger green chillies mix it well add tomatoes cook for 2 mins add water 200 ml cover and cook for 4 mins cool down & grind into paste.
- Take a bowl grate potato grated Panner cornflour salt one tsp red chilli.
- One tsp coriander powder amchur one tsp garam masala mix & combine well. Shape out roundels shape out small kofta and lightly coat with maida and fry till golden brown.
- Heat a pan put ghee turmeric coriander powder red chilli powder saute it in low flame & puree gravy cook it for 2 mins then add fresh cream & garam masala Kasuri methi mix well cook for 2 mins.
- Before serving add kofta and coriander leaves.
