- Prepare 2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
- Get 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
- You need 1 tsp Oregano

- Provide 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

- Prepare 5 Cherry tomato
- Provide 2 Purple cabbage(2 large leaves & handful leaves finely chopped)
Steps to make Paneer stuffed Tacos:

- In a pan. Add oil. Fry the onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, white cabbage and jalapeños. Lastly add paneer. After frying for 2mins on high flame. Add the salt, red chilly powder, black pepper powder and oregano to taste. Add the coriander and Mint leaves. Mix well. Last add the mozzarella cheese and mix well. Cook for 2more mins so the cheese get melted and properly mix with the veggies. Switch off the flame and keep this stuffing aside.

- Prepare a topping mixing mayonnaise, tomato sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, salt, oregano and black pepper powder. Mix well. The topping for the taco filling is ready.
