- Prepare 300 gm boneless chicken breast
- Prepare 1 green bell pepper cubed
- Take 1 red bell pepper cubed

Instructions to make Sweet and Sour Chicken:
- Marinate boneless bite sized pieces of chicken with cornflour,soya sauce,green chilli sauce,little orange red food colour,vinegar,garlic paste and little salt.Meanwhile cube red and green bell peppers, cubed onion and petals disintegrated,1 small carrot sliced into thin rounds.Slice few green and red chillies.Grate ginger and mince garlic.Slice few red and green chillies.Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken coating each piece again with cornflour.
- Remove excess oil.In 2 tbsp oil, sprinkle grated ginger,minced garlic and slit green chillies.Fry lightly and add all the vegetables and little salt. Stir fry.Add tomato ketchup,soya sauce,chilli sauce, sugar and rest of the marinated sauce with cornflour.Add 1/4 th cup water or pineapple juice and add the chicken.Boil till gravy coats the chicken and vegetables.Consistency of gravy depends on personal choice, with or without gravy.
- Sprinkle ajinomoto(MSG) and sesame seeds and toss.Serve hot with pan fried noodles or mixed fried rice.
