  2. Prepare 2 onion

  1. Wash & cut the bhindi in hr stomach put oil in pan roast
  2. Mustard seeds bay leaves sabut mirch a pinch of hing in it now put cutting garlic
  3. It roast golden then add onion tomato & roast peanut paste fry it low flame till oil is on masala now add 2 table spoon curd or cream
  4. All dry masala can be put in to oil now add bhindi mix masala & bhindi very well
  5. Cover with lid for some time check it 1 or 2 times with your hand now add roasted besan bhindi is ready to serve or eat
