- On the flame and heat the oil in a kadhai. Take some dough and make small ball and fry in medium heat oil and keep aside.
- Onions and tomatoes grind in grinder. Take a kadhai and heat the oil add cumin seeds and cracle.Then add onions and tomato paste and cook for 4 to 5 mint.Add all dry spices and kasoori methi and mix well again cook for 1 mint. Add water and kofta. Boil for 10 to 15 mint in simmer.
