- Use 1 cup All-purpose flour
- Take 50 gm milk powder
- Use 50 gm oil

- In a bowl sieve and add all-purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda nad mix well.
- Now add water and oil and beat with electric beater on high speed for about 5 minutes.
- Once the batter is ready add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Grease the mould and line the butter paper and pour this cake batter and bake in microwave for 180°c for 30 minutes.
- Once the cake is baked, let it cool down completely. Now make a cut in middle part(horizontally) and divide the cake into two equal parts
