- Wash & wipe the chicken.
- Add cornflour,salt, soya sauce,keep it a side.mix it.
- Heat a pan,pour oil,let it hot.
- Put chicken pieces in it.Fry it golden.keep it a side.
- Take another pan put oil.let it hot.
- Add crushed garlic,saute it.add chilli.
- Add chopped veggies.stirfry it 2 miniutes.
- Add chilli flakes, origeno,salt.mix it
- Add couliflower,(1/2 cup of water,add 2 Tsp cornflour,mix it,add soya sauce, veniger,mix it.pour it in the pan,) stir it continues.
- Add chicken peices.mix,& stir it 5 miniutes.mix everything properly.
