  2. Add salt and oil 1 tbspn. With the help of spoon or bitter bit it nicely for 3-4 minutes. It becomes fluffy and smooth. Now heat oil and make vada and fry all the wadas in the oil till it cooked from inside and light brown colour.
  3. In other bowl take Lukewarm water and add the vada. After 4-5 minutes take vada in hand and press it and remove water from vada and take it in serving plate.
  4. In a vessel take dahi add sugar and salt, mix it well and put it in freeze for an hour to 1/2 hr before you want to consume.
  5. For serving take vada in plate add 2-3 tbspn curd. Sprinkle cumin powder, red chilli powder, Chat masala, coriander leaves and enjoy it super cool.
