- Provide 1 cup urad dal

- Wash properly and soaked all dals for 4-5 hrs. Grind it in grinder with the thick consistency, so can able to make vada. Take mixture in mixing bowl.
- Add salt and oil 1 tbspn. With the help of spoon or bitter bit it nicely for 3-4 minutes. It becomes fluffy and smooth. Now heat oil and make vada and fry all the wadas in the oil till it cooked from inside and light brown colour.
- In other bowl take Lukewarm water and add the vada. After 4-5 minutes take vada in hand and press it and remove water from vada and take it in serving plate.
- In a vessel take dahi add sugar and salt, mix it well and put it in freeze for an hour to 1/2 hr before you want to consume.
