- Take 2 tbsp coriander

- You need for sour cream
- Take 1 cup hung curd

- Take 1 tsp lemon juice
- Provide 1/4 tsp pepper powder

- Take 1 red bell
- Provide 1 yellow bell
- You need 1 green bell

- Preparing salsa : Take all the ingredients mentioned under salsa. Roughly chop the onions, tomatoes and chillies. Pulse them in the mixer. The salsa should be slightly chunky and not a runny paste. Remove in a bowl and set aside.
