Instructions to make Chicken Chilli Dry:
  1. Marinate the Chicken using Cornflour, Red Chilli power and Salt. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. After 1 hour fry the Chicken pieces until they are brown and keep them on tissue paper to absorb the extra oil.
  3. Heat some oil in other vessel, add chopped capsicum, green chilli and ginger garlic paste and let it fry for 5 mins. Add Salt.
  4. Once the above is done add soy sauce and then add the fried chicken. Also add chinese salt and cook it for another 5-10 mins.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and onions. Cook for 5 mins.
  6. Tomatoes and Onions should not be fully cooked.
  7. Add Tomato sauce and Chilli sauce. Once Chicken is nicely coated with sauce switch off the stove.
  8. Garnish it with Coriander leaves
