- First for tacos - in a bowl take makke ka atta and all purpose flour. Now add some coriander leaves,salt and 2 tsp oil. Mix all ingredients well.Make a hard dough by using water and keep this dough aside for about 5 minutes.
- Now take dough and make small equal size balls with this dough.Take one ball and roll it with roller pin and make small roti shape sheet.Repeat this process with remaining balls. Now with the help of fork make small holes in every sheets.
- Now take a kadai,pur oil in it. When oil is getting hot.Put this sheet into oil. When sheet is getting half fried,turn it with center and give tacos shape. Repeat this process with remaining sheets and make tacos.Makke ki roti tacos are ready.
- Now for sarso ka saag - wash sarso leaves and spinach leaves properly. Take water in a pot,put it on burner. When water starts boiling,put these leaves into water.Cool for 5-7 minutes. Now take cold water in a pot and immediately transfer these leaves into cold water.
- Now in a grinder take boiled leaves,green chillies and process it. Make fine puree with it. Keep this aside.
- In a pan,take 1 tbsp ghee/ clarified butter,now add cumin seeds.Them add ginger garlic paste.Saute it for about 2 minutes.Then paneer cubes.Then add turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder and salt.Saute all things.
