- Take Boneless Chicken Breast - 500 grams(cut into thin strips)
- Get Oil for Deep frying
- You need For Marination:
- Get 2 tsps Soya Sauce
- Use 1 tbsp Red Chilli crushed

- Take 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour / Maida
- Use 1/4 cup Corn Flour / Corn Starch
- Use 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Take 1 tsp black Pepper
- Prepare 2 tbsp Oil
- Use Ajinomoto - 1 tsp (optional)
- Get For Sauce:
- You need 3 Dry Red Chilli
- Prepare 4 tbsps Crushed Cashews
- Take Onion - 1 large finely chopped
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- You need 1 tbsp Red Chilli crushed
- You need Soya sauce - 1 tbsp or to taste
- Use 1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
- Get to taste Salt
- Get 2 tsp Sugar
- Provide Ajinomoto /Msg - 1 tsp (optional)
Steps to make Dragon Chicken:
- Take chicken in a bowl and add all the marination ingredients. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 mins.
- Now heat some oil for deepfrying. When the oil is hot drop the chicken in oil and fry till golden. Drain and set aside.
- Now heat oil in a frying pan. Add in dry red chilli and cashews and fry till the cashew turn golden brown
- Now add in onions and light brown it in the oil
- Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min
- Now add in red chilli crushed, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, ajinomoto, sugar and mix well
- Cook this for a couple of mins till the water evaporates and sauce thickens
- Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce. Decor it as you want and serve with fried rice
