- Wash and soak chana dal and poha for 4-5 hrs. Add soda.
- Now grind and make thick batter. And soak 4-5 hrs.
- Now add ginger chilli paste salt asafoetida turmeric powder mix well and beat well.
- Heat water in steamer. Grease oil in thali and pour in thali cover the lid on steamer and steam for 15 min. Open and take out thali leave for 2-3min.
- Now transfer in a plate and cut into pieces.Apply coriander chutney on one side. Jaggery tamarind chutney on another side. And make like sandwich.Cut into small pieces.
- Now take water mix dry mango powder jaggery salt roasted jeera powder lemon juice black salt ginger paste and coriander chilli chutney mix well. Pani Puri water is ready.
