The ingredients needed to make Boil Yam & Fish Sauce:
- Get 1/2 kg Titus Fish (mackerel)
- You need 4 Tomatoes diced
- Use 3 fresh peppers diced
- Get 1 bulb of onions diced
- Prepare 1 cksp vegetable oil
- Prepare to taste salt
- Get 2 knorr cubes
- Take 2 pcs Boiled Yam for 1 person
Instructions to make Boil Yam & Fish Sauce:
- Wash fish and perboil, spice with little onions, pepper, salt and knorr cube, once it cook through, debone and set aside
- Heat up frying pan, add vegetable oil, once the oil is hot add onions stir for a minute and then add tomatoes and pepper, fry for another 5mins
- Add the deboned fish and mash while you are at it; add knorr cube and salt to taste
- Cover pot and cook for about 5mins, stir and turn off heat; serve
