  1. Get 1/2 kg Titus Fish (mackerel)
  2. You need 4 Tomatoes diced
  3. Use 3 fresh peppers diced
  4. Get 1 bulb of onions diced
  5. Prepare 1 cksp vegetable oil
  6. Prepare to taste salt
  7. Get 2 knorr cubes
  8. Take 2 pcs Boiled Yam for 1 person
Instructions to make Boil Yam & Fish Sauce:
  1. Wash fish and perboil, spice with little onions, pepper, salt and knorr cube, once it cook through, debone and set aside
  2. Heat up frying pan, add vegetable oil, once the oil is hot add onions stir for a minute and then add tomatoes and pepper, fry for another 5mins
  3. Add the deboned fish and mash while you are at it; add knorr cube and salt to taste
  4. Cover pot and cook for about 5mins, stir and turn off heat; serve
