- Prepare 300 gm paneer cubes cut into 1" pieces
- You need 2 tbsp spicy red garlic chutney
- Use 2 tbsp spicy green chutney
- Provide 1 cup crushed cornflakes with 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt
- Take 1/4 cup plain flour and corn flour

- You need 3 tsp oil for shallow frying

- Provide 1 cup coriander
- Use 2 tbsp roasted chana dal
- Take 1 tsp lemon juice
- Prepare 3 green chilies

- Prepare 20 cloves garlic
- You need 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seed
- Get 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Provide 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions to make Paneer Crispy:
- Divide the paneer in to 2 portion and slice the paneer cubes into 2 halves.
- Apply a little garlic chutney on ½ of the paneer cubes of the first portion.
- Sandwich with the remaining paneer cubes. Keep aside.
- Same way apply green chutney on 1/2 of the paneer cubes of the second portion.
- Sandwich with the remaining paneer cubes. Keep aside.
- Combine the flour with salt and ¼ cup of water to make a thin batter.
- Coat the paneer with the flour batter and then roll them in cornflakes mixture.
- Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry a few paneer pieces at a time, till they are golden brown in colour from all sides.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
- Green Chutney & Red Chutney
- Grind everything in a mixer with 2 tbsp water to a thick paste.
