- Get 1/2 cup Rice flour
- Prepare 1/4 cup Roasted Chana dal powder (Darriya)
- You need 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
- You need 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- You need 1 tbsp Cumin
- Provide 2 cup Water
- Take to taste Salt
- Get Ingredients for Stuffing :
- Get 1/4 cup Chopped Veggies (like capsicum, cabbage, carrot, onion)
- You need 1 tbsp Scezwan chutney
- Provide 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Get 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- Use to taste Salt
Steps to make Khichu Bullets:
- In a mixi jar take Roasted Chanadal and grind it to fine powder.
- Sieve rice flour and roasted chana dal powder.
- In a pan take water and add green chilli paste, Sesame seeds, cumin and salt.Bring it to boil.
- When water comes to boil add both the powders in small batches.
- Cook for 10 - 12 mins on slow to medium flame. Then transfer it in a plate.
- In a bowl take all the ingredients for stuffing and mix well.
- Make small balls from dough. Then flatten it in palm,put stuffing on it.
- Give shape of bullets to it.
- Deep fry all the bullets.
- Serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
