- Prepare 1/2 cup Semolina/Rava
- You need 1/4 cup Sugar

- Use Few Drops Yellow Food Colour(optional)

- Heat a heavy bottomed pan with a tbsp of ghee. Fry the cashews and keep it aside. Now in the same pan, add little more ghee and the semolina. Fry for few more minutes. Do not change colour.
- Cut the pineapple into small chunks. Add a tbsp of sugar and keep aside. Now add water in the fried semolina with few drops of yellow colour and cook. When the water is almost evaporated add sugar. Drain the pineapple and add the pieces. Mix everything and cook until sugar dissolves and reaches to a halwa consistency. Keep adding ghee in between. Switch off when done.
