- Provide 1 1/2 cup roasted Vermicelli (Bambino)
- Provide 3 cups water
- Get 3/4 cup sugar
- Use 20 cashews (broken)
- You need 20 rasins
- Take 2 tsp ghee
- Take 1 tsp pineapple essence/ cardamom powder
- Prepare 1 pinch yellow/orange food colour
- Take 1 pinch salt

- Heat ghee in a pan. Roast cashews and raisins separately and set aside. (I used roasted vermicelli in case your using normal vermicelli roast in ghee after removing raisins and set aside.)
- Add water to the same pan. Add pineapple essence and yellow food colour.
- When it boils add Vermicelli and salt. Cook till soft.
- Add the sugar and mix till it melts and combines together. Add the roasted cashew and rasins. Mix well.
- You can serve it hot or cold. Stays good for a day if refrigerated.
