  1. Sab se phly dal ko begho ke rakh dain 2-3 ganty j ley. Ab is ke chilky utar lain hathon se mal mal ke. Jab sary utar jai to dal ko boil kar lain itna karin ke aik kanni dal galni reh jai. Or chan lain
  2. Ab aik dusry pan main oil dal dain or is main Adrak dal dain chopped kar ke ab piyaz dal dain. Or light brown kar ke timatar dal dain.
  3. Mix karin or green chilli b dal dain or ab namak. Lal mirch powder. Haldi dal dain or kar ke achi tarhan se bun lain. Thora pani add karin ke gal na jai. Phir bun lain. Ab sukha dania dal lain or achi tarhan se mix kar ke bun lain.
  4. Masala ready Ho jai to boiled dal is main dal ke mix karin achi tarhan se. Ab 1/3 pani dal ke aik boil any pe cover kar ke halki anch pe rakhin 10 mint ke ley.
  5. Ab aik alagh pan main tarka bana lain. Oil dal dain or piyaz dal lain or sath zeera dal lain or piyaz ko brown kar lain piyaz brown Ho jai to sabut Lal moti mirch dal ke hila lain.
