  1. Firstly boil chana..add washed chana in pressure cooker and add potli made of khade masale..add tea bag..and cook for 5-6 whistles or soft..
  2. Now prepare tadka,take a kadhai,,add oil or ghee,,add jeera and dhaniya powder…add ginger,garlic and green chilli paste.cook for 1 min and add onions paste..cook until brown..
  3. Now add tomato puree,,and cook until oil releases..add dry masale..
  4. Now add 2-3 spoons of boiled chana and press it gently and mix well..it makes the gravy thicker..
  5. Now add all boiled chana with less water(required to cook gravy well)and cook until cook well..now enjoy with Puri,,bhatura or paratha..
