- Get 1 cup Kabuli Chana
- You need 1 Tea bag
- Take 3 tbsp ghee

Steps to make Amritsari Chole:
- Soak the Chana for 8 hours or overnight in water.
- Put it in the pressure cooker, add a salt and the tea bag along with the water.
- Pressure cook the chana for about 35 to 40 minutes on medium heat.
- Meanwhile make the Amritsari Chole Masala Powder.
- Preheat a pan on a medium flame and add all the spices and ingredients.
- Roast all of them on medium flame for about 5 minutes until you get.
- Allow it to cool down then add the roasted chole masala spices into a mixer grinder and blend to make smooth powder.
- Add ghee to a pan over medium heat and add the onion, ginger. saute until the onion softens.
- Now add the masala, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and kala namak.
- Add the cooked chana into the chole masala. Stir well to mix.
