- Use 1 bundle udon (90 g)
- Take 6 cups water for cooking noodles
- Get 6 cups chicken broth
- Prepare 1 inch ginger (thinkly sliced)
- Prepare 100 g spinach or as many as you like
- Provide 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms (I used dried shiitake)
