  2. Let it cool,Now add all purpose flour to it and mash well with your palm,dough is ready,take a 1/10 portion of it add a pinch yellow food colour and 1 tsp crushed dryfruits and the stuffing is ready.
  3. Make sugar syrup add water,sugar,when syrup starts boiling after 2-3 mins,add 5-6 saffron strands and cardamom powder,check between index finger and thumb it should stick,no string needed.Syrup is ready.
  4. Now take lemon size mixture flatten it,put little stuffing than roll it give round shape likewise prepare all balls.
  5. Heat oil,medium hot put gulab jamun balls in it and put flame on low cook it for 4-5 mins,stir lightly with spoon until golden brown balls are ready take them out and directly put into hot sugar syrup.
  6. Cover it for an hour and then serve.
