- Make sugar syrup add water,sugar,when syrup starts boiling after 2-3 mins,add 5-6 saffron strands and cardamom powder,check between index finger and thumb it should stick,no string needed.Syrup is ready.
- Now take lemon size mixture flatten it,put little stuffing than roll it give round shape likewise prepare all balls.
- Heat oil,medium hot put gulab jamun balls in it and put flame on low cook it for 4-5 mins,stir lightly with spoon until golden brown balls are ready take them out and directly put into hot sugar syrup.
- Cover it for an hour and then serve.
