- Take 2 ltr Full crime Milk
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup sugar
- Get 2 glass water
- Prepare 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- Get Pinch cardmon powder
- You need Pinch saffron
- Use 2-3 drops yellow food colour
- Provide 1 1/2 Tbsp Maida
- You need 5-6 Almonds
- Provide 5-6 pistachios
Instructions to make Mewedar Ras malai:
- Boil milk 1ltr in separate pan and other 1 ltr in other pan. Make a thick consistency of milk till it reduce in1/4 th.After that add 1 cup sugar,saffron,cardmon powder, 2 drops of yellow colour.Liquid is ready
- In Other 1ltr boiled milk u have to pour 1 Tbsp of lemon juice. Now the milk will turned into Chhena and squeeze it properly till it becomes dry.
- Add 1/2cup sugar in 2glass of boiled water. Take chhena in a bowl add 1 drop of yellow colour and pinch of cardamon powder.. Nw break down all the lumps of chhena and make a soft dough. make a small balls and put them in boiled sugar water, boil them till the size become double.Put balls in sugar water only and let it cool.press the balls softly to remove the excess water and Put balls into the thick milk portion garnish it with the dry fruits.
