  1. Get 500 grams Chicken thigh fillets, sliced into strips
  2. Provide 1 Shoyu marinade (see related recipe)
  3. Provide 250 grams Udon noodles
  4. Provide 1 bunch Baby bok choy, roughly chopped
  5. Get 400 grams Can baby corn spears, washed & sliced in half lengthways
  6. Use 1 Red capsicum (pepper), sliced
  7. Take 1 medium onion, into wedges
  8. Provide 2 stick Green onion, sliced
  9. Take 1 Sesame oil for frying
Instructions to make Shoyu Chicken Stir-Fry:

  3. Stir fry chicken in batches and set aside with onion.
