- For pakoda, in a mixing bowl add all the thing for pakoda ingredients. Add water make it pouring consistency.Heat oil in a kadai with help of two spoons fry all pakoda, keep aside.
- Now in a deep bowl mix curd, besan and all dry masala, onion, ginger & garlic& 1 cup water. Heat kadai put little oil add whole methi & jeera seeds pinch of hing stir it. Now pour curd mixer. Stir little while. Let it cook in slow flame for5 -6mins.
- Now take one serving bowl place pakoda & pour curd mixer. Now heat one small pan put deshi ghee turn off flame add little red mirchi powder. Pour ghee mixer over curry pakoda. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
