  1. Prepare 1 cup white chana soaked overnight
  2. Provide 1 tea bag or 1 teaspoon tea leaf tied into cotton cloth

  5. Get 2 onions finely chopped
  6. Provide 2 tomatoes finely chooped

  11. Prepare 1/2 tbs red chilli powder or as per your taste

Instructions to make Puri chole:
  1. Put the chana into pressure cooker, add tea bag, salt, black cardamom and cook it for 20- 25 minutes, 10 minutes on high flame and 15 minutes on low flame.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan,add cumin and fry it for one minute in hot oil
  3. Add chopped onion,tomato,garlic,ginger,green chilli, fried it on medium flame till water half soaked
  4. Add salt,red chilli, carmandor, mango pwder, 1/2 cup water and cook till the water soaked completely and it's colour changed.
  5. Now add chana and cook two minutes and then add water, mash little chana..
  6. Cook on low to medium flame for 10 minutes while stirring with service spoon.
