  1. For pakoras- Mix all ingredients mentioned above except soda bicarb. Add required water and make thick batter. Add soda bicarb into and mix well. Fry pakoras from it into hot oil. Keep aside.
  2. In a vessel take curd. Add besan, turmeric powder, red garlic chutney, dhania jeera powder, sugar and salt. Mix well. Add required water (approximate 2 cups). Mix well and prepare lump free mixture. You should use blender for it.
  3. In a vessel heat oil and ghee. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add cloves, cinnamon stick and dry red chillies. When mustard seeds crackles add asafoetida, whole coriander seeds and curry leaves.
  4. Add prepared curd mixture and stir it. Boil for 4-5 minutes. Add prepared pakoras into. Cook for another 4-5 minutes. Yummy Rajasthani pakora kadhi is ready to serve. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
