  1. Get 1 big bowl Gobhi cauliflower florets (cut in to small size)
  2. Use 4-5 tsp besan (gram flour)
  3. Use 3 green chillies finely chopped
  4. Provide 1/4 tsp carom seeds (Ajwain)
  5. Use 1 Pinch turmeric powder
  6. Provide 1 big handful coriander leaves chopped finely
  7. Prepare Acording to taste Salt
  8. Prepare As needed Oil - for frying
  9. Provide 1/2 tsp chaat masala for sprinkling. (Optional)
  10. Get 1 cup Water
Instructions to make Gobi (cauliflower) pakoda:
  1. Take a big size bowl add besan, Ajwain, chillies, Salt, coriander leaves. Mix it with water and make a little thick batter.(The batter should not to be very thick or thin.) Keep aside for 10-12 mins.
  2. Take a large kadai pour with vegetable oil on high flame.
  3. Mix Gobi florets in to the batter coat them well. And dip in to the hot oil on high flame.
  4. Cooked them with both side on medium heat about 5-7 mins they turns golden brown and crisp.
  5. Remove the excess oil on kitchen towel.serve hot with tomato ketchup/ green chutney/ tea coffee..the perfect weekend evening snacks taste is yum
